The UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow, regarding our common future, is the most determining international summit in the world.

As a party overflow, the Climate Policy Institute (CPI) participated in the COP26. We consulted with the representatives of the Hungarian Government, the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, Mr. Attila Steiner state secretary for energy, climate and circular economy about Hungary’s position and green strategy relating to the conference issues.

Education and technology innovations instead of alarmism and boosting unfulfilled pledges!

According to the Climate Policy Institute the former two issues are crucial to develop solutions for the global problem of climate change, therefore paying more attention to these topics together with their accountable and plannable finance seem to be inevitable in the next decade.

For this reason, CPI encountered the representatives of companies improving cutting-edge green technology, exhibitors of countries most relevant to Hungary, and the experts and delegated professionals of such UN organisations as the IPCC.
