Márton Basa is a student in Rural Development Agricultural Engineering at Corvinus University of Budapest and a student at Mathias Corvinus Collegium. He began his professional journey at the Climate Policy Institute as an intern in September 2020 and has been working as a junior researcher since September 2021. His primary areas of interest, shaped by his university studies and personal curiosity, include agricultural topics, as well as energy, environmental protection, and sustainability.
In his personal life, he strives to uphold principles of sustainability and climate protection. He avoids littering, practices selective waste collection whenever possible, and drives fuel-efficiently. He also actively participates in litter-picking initiatives, reflecting his dedication to preserving the cleanliness of the environment, which is especially important to him as someone who enjoys spending time outdoors.
